Cleansing & Uncrossing

Cleansing is maintenance — not drama. Most “bad luck” cycles are just stress, heavy environments, and energetic clutter building up. This guide gives you gentle resets that are easy to repeat and actually stick.

Signs you need it

Everything feels “stuck” or heavy

Sleep is restless

Arguments repeat in the home

You feel drained after visitors

Best times

After conflict

After illness

After intense social contact

Before protection or manifestation

Golden rule

If you cleanse daily, keep it light. Over-cleansing can make you feel raw and anxious. Gentle wins.

1) Salt + water reset (fast)

This is the simplest cleansing method and works anywhere. Salt marks the boundary; water carries away the heaviness.

Steps (2 minutes)

  1. Mix a pinch of salt into cool water.
  2. Wash your hands slowly.
  3. Say: “Clear. Clean. Complete.”
  4. Shake your hands dry (release).

Do this after stressful conversations, crowded places, or when your mood feels “not yours.”

2) Threshold cleanse (home)

Your home holds energy like fabric holds scent. Threshold work is the fastest way to shift the whole space.

Steps (5 minutes)

  1. Open a window for 1–2 minutes.
  2. Wipe door handles with salt water.
  3. Clap once in each corner.
  4. Say: “This space is clear and steady.”

Follow with protection if you want to “seal” the new baseline.

3) Smoke cleansing (optional)

Smoke is a carrier — it helps shift attention and mark a reset. You don’t need thick smoke for it to work.

  • Keep windows cracked
  • Move slowly, intentionally
  • Say one short line repeatedly

Phrase

“Clear the heavy. Keep the calm.”

4) Uncrossing basics (gentle)

“Uncrossing” is simply removing energetic knots — patterns that keep repeating. Start gentle: cleanse, protect, and stop feeding the loop with fear.

  • Cleansing + protection combo (weekly)
  • Cut ties with draining people/situations
  • One daily calm shield

If your mind is spiralling, cleanse first. Clarity returns when your system is calm.

A simple uncrossing ritual

“Release the Loop” Bay Leaf Burn (5–10 minutes)

You’ll need

  • Paper
  • Pen
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Fireproof dish
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Steps

  1. Write what you’re releasing (one short line).
  2. Fold away from you 3 times.
  3. Place the bay leaf on top.
  4. Say: “I release this pattern completely.”
  5. Burn safely and watch it become ash.

Close

“It is ended. I am clear. I move forward.”

Safety note: If you cannot burn paper, tear it into tiny pieces and dispose outside the home. The release still counts.
